KLM changing arrival procedures at LAX???
Just arrived today with kl601 at LAX.
Got towed in at TBIT gate 134 but when we arrived upstairs to walk to immigration, we were directed to a bus gate, and taken by bus to terminal 5 for immigration and customs. Is this permanent?
For me it was a huge improvement. First bus left only 80% filled up, immigration hall was empty, and went through skypriority check upstairs. And then changed to an earlier flight further on.
Arrived at the gate at 11.55 and pushback of my connecting flight in first at 12.51, a new record for me^^^
