The annual fee is $195 of which $100 is refunded through the Airline Fee Reimbursement benefit. Net cost $95. You can downgrade to Green, but that will also cost $95 and you will give up the bonus points on dining, gasoline and groceries. If the card isn't worth $95 you need to cancel. It will remain on your credit history for a decade.
Only problem is I'm not flying this year. I was hoping for the MPX credit but that got patched lol. I might just downgrade to green card. I barely use to card anymore. Back in the days I used to put 25k a month on it but too many players now a days that give me better deal for my charges.
