I had to cancel my vacation because of my father's dead and they took the money anyways. I cancelled a day after I got my tickets and they just lied to me over the phone. They keep me on the phone for a long time the first time and they didn't cancel my trip. Second time I called and they told me something totally different from the first time. Never got a cancelation email and never got my money back! I called many times and I also email them. They didn't do anything. Really sad experienced specially when I was going through a lot of pain.
Did you dispute it on your credit card?
