HKG_Flyer1 - I believe you are quite correct. An EXP agent once told me that they can see the qual point-mile ratio and it is taken into account in some exception type decisions. It was a couple of years ago and I can't remember what I was asking for but I do remember her comment being that as I had a high qual point ratio they would probably do it (think it might have been extra domestic upgrades???).
