We don't travel short distances too often, but I seem to remember: cheese sandwiches, raisins, packet of baked cheddar snacks, fruit, etc. Not great, but definitely more accessible than mozzarella.

We flew out of LCY, so it was sausage and mash. Now, that is a bit of a luxury to have a proper hot meal on such a short flight.
