I like the bit about increasing fares by a few quid to improve overall quality. Eh Victoria....I think Willie Walsh would have sussed that one out by now if it was a banker solution.
Seeing as BA fares are already "more than a few quid" more than the competition (and will be forever as a result of the charges from operating at LHR) it's clear BA has no interest in low fares, only low costs.
The result is a very poor value for money product.
