AMEX Ameriprise platinum, called to whine about the fact they randomly started charging authorized user fees of $175 (they havent charged me an authorized user fee since 2012 card opening, they said it was an error)
anyway, said it wasnt worth it to me anymore, i have better cards for less cost, blah blah... they offered me 10k instant points to keep open, i accepted (3/20/17)... they said i took an offer last year (15K after 3k spend), so that was best they had...
i accepted since I am a few months out until renewal and outside the prorated refund fee...figured cant lose
