SPG Personal - first anniversary AF will be charged next month, offered $100 or 10k points. Took the points. 300-400k spend or so in last year (I MS a lot and mainly for Starpoints). Called immediately after to get offer on SPG Biz (opened at same time as personal) - no offer. Probably 250k or so spend on the Biz in last year.
This is why I feel like the annual spend isn't necessarily the most important thing to get a good retention offer. I honestly think it's just luck of the draw e.g. if you get a nice retention agent.
