Even if you're outside the window I would think it is showing OU/RU, so strictly speaking does not reflect GUC/RUC inventory as MSPe says (and "welcome back!" from me too
). However I would also guess that in most cases OP/RP >= OU/RU, so it might be a fairly reliable proxy indicator.
