Got the dreaded email
Was gold for past 3 years. We are Canadian, so no access to credit card status. 37 nights in 2016. Couldn't do a mattress run to get those last few nights. Never saw a thing about status changing. While I knew it could happen, I was hopeful it didn't. But email came by yesterday saying we were dropping down.
Thinking it's worth a phone call? As of now, we have 18 nights booked by the end of May with 3 already in the books for this year.
