Called in this morning to discuss retention offers for the Personal Platinum card (even though I'd pretty much decided to keep the card for the kids Centurion access).
I told the agent I had both Biz and Personal Plat and Biz has now matched the 5X airfare. I even told the agent I was not considering canceling, merely downgrading the personal card. She completely got it and asked if I would wait and evaluate the new benefits of the PP (more coming?) over the next year. She offered a $500 statement credit.
