I'm pretty sure this exact issue was mentioned here when UA announced Zodiac would be manufacturing the Polaris seats. Hopefully UA is able to work with Zodiac to fix whatever "industrial issues" they're facing or quickly decided to do the same thing AA did and find another manufacturer.
