Someone just reported what worked on MH did not work on CX for similar routing, right in this thread on May 14, Post 1965 and see JonNYC subsequent replies.
Yes, there are tons of OW members plying the routes but it is not easy to figure out which routing would work with which carrier(s). It is definitely more complicated to figure out than the more basic transit in Middle East.
