New soft landing from Diamond?
I thought Hilton does not have soft landing.
I got Diamond status about a year ago with status matching, only did 2 stays.
Just saw a message on my account: On April 1, 2017 your status is scheduled to change from Diamond to Gold.
Can somebody confirm that there is soft landing.
