Sometimes finding the right person to handle an issue via telephone can be tricky. If calling doesn't work, you can use the "Contact Us" form on the Marriott website as a back up. As your first line in the Comments box, enter something like: "Please forward to the hotel."

In my mind, this is the best way to asynchronously communicate with a hotel. Email can get ignored or deemed SPAM by a computer. The "Contact Us" form gets entered into Marriott's system. That means it is tracked and hotels are required to respond within a set time frame.
It can take a few days to receive a response via telephone or email. But, you should definitively get one. Still, I think calling is the best method.
