Thanks, there wasn't anything for my route but I did find a "supper menu" for SIN-HND (post 1768) from Jan 2017. This is a slightly longer route than to PVG but it did include appetizers, soup and dessert.

I know now not to expect the full service of cavier and/or satay on my flights or even a second meal service but I am trying to figure out if there will be much else besides the main course.
