There is always a risk that your inbound flight to CGH is delayed due to weather or whatever, you have to wait for the luggage in CGH as well...
The other way round I would eventually dare it. But domestic to international on a Friday evening, no man don't do it except you are really seeking the thrill.
This. It is going to be tight at best. CGH to GRU on a Friday night will take 2 to 3 hours. It's been raining a lot in SP as well, which increases the chances of a late arrival in CGH and makes the traffic much worse. Change it while you can.
