I spent 2 x one-night stays here two weeks ago and neither stay has posted. Both stays were booked directly on line and they knew I was Platinum and confirmed at check in that I wanted the 250 bonus points.
What is normal? A subsequent stay at The Majestic KL posted the next day. Is this a manual process that is failing at the hotel or what? I've read elsewhere of points failing to post from this place.
