My main address is in the UK, so as my FB account and the phone number registered but I also have a french sim card for when I go back to france.

Recently they removed the option to speak to an agent in french on the UK number and I wasn't very happy. (My is english is great, just prefer to talk to the french agents for some reasons ...)

When I was calling the french number with my french sim, they couldn't ID me automatically leading to longer wait time plus having to give them my number before starting. Also the automatic ID system wasn't working great which can explain some longer wait time.

I called the french number recently and I was asked to enter my flying blue number, then someone immediately picked up. I love that!

It will give us the possibility to call the number of our convenience and still get a great service!
