I know that Uber is not an option in PV. We are going back for a second time, and one thing that I remember is that the taxis for getting around town were just not very nice, and sometimes really not nice.
Does anyone know of any other type of on demand transportation options that are a step up from the regular taxis? Something along the lines of Uber black car that is app based?
