Hi all, I'm new to the forum and got one question about booking with Thai, I hope someone could help me out.

As I understand, there are multiple sub classes for economy, starting with Saver, then Flexi Saver etc. The main difference between Saver and Flexi Saver is availability of seats to select. For example, if there is A380, you won't be able to get seat at upper deck with Saver rate, but with Flexi Saver you can. And I'm happy to pay extra 5-7% fare difference to be able to get seats that I'd want. If you book return flights, it's straight forward select option with sub-classes, but with multi city booking it isn't. So... Here are questions:

- How do I get Flexi Saver rate when booking multi city flights, so I would be able to get seats at A380 upper deck? I'm looking for LHR-HKT and BKK-LHR flights in October (flights TG911/TG926 and TG910). There is no choice of sub-class, only option to get First/Business/Economy, and option to show lowest fare and all fares. When selecting "Lowest Fare" it shows you the lowest available fare (in my case - Saver), and when selecting "All Fares" it shows only the highest fare (which is as high as Business?), so how do I get fare one step higher than lowest?
- How do I get upper dock to be displayed on PC browser? I've tried 4 different browsers (MS Edge, Chrome, Opera, Firefox) and it doesn't work at all, when you click "upper deck" nothing happens. It works with mobile browser though.
- How do you pre-select special meals? There are options for each flight leg to pre-select special meals, but there is no "Save" button or similar, there is no way to keep selection? And by the way, on mobile version there is no such option at all (to pre-select meals).

I've sent couple emails with these questions to Thai UK branch, the same to Thai main office, and didn't get a single reply. I was trying to call UK office, after 40 minutes on the phone listening music I gave up, so maybe you guys could help me...

What I want - to get multi city flights, be able to select A380 upper dock seats and pre-select special meals. For adequate economy price. Doesn't look that I'm asking for too much?..
