Economy Plus Subscription As Business Expense / Tax Consequences

Can I have my company buy me an United economy plus subscription? I'm looking to get the group one (me + 8 people). I'd be using it for both work (traveling with other employees) as well as personal travel (me + family).

Would it be deductible as a travel related expense by the company?

If not, would it be considered income for me if my company pays for it?

If not, would it still be allowed but have to be done using post-tax dollars by the company? (i.e. no tax liability for me as additional income but the company also cannot deduct it).

As the owner of the company I'd rather pay for the subscription from corporate dollars than personal ones as it'd still be cheaper (net taxes).

Any ideas or experience with this?
