My final guess on this one. Air Micronesia, or Continental Air Micronesia via GUM with a 727-200 DC-10-30. Just looked at HNL-GUM and a 727 wouldn't have had the range for that.

It was not Air Mike, but the aircraft was a DC-10-30...
