If each aircraft with BF seats were to fly only a single trip per day, there are just under 8100 BF seats on United aircraft (not including the 773 fleet). Most of these aircraft fly multiple legs per day, which exacerbates the problem even further.

As of today, the total available Polaris seats are 60BF which is .74% availability. That's less than 1% of seats and significantly lower if you factor in multiple legs.

Even at 14 aircraft, it's still a tiny % of available seats fleet wide more than a year after launch.
