By my rudimentary calculations, around 12% of the seats will be the new Polaris seats by end of 2017. Not including the 752 and 747 (retiring), UA will have around 6,600 Polaris Business & First seats by end of 2017. Of which, 14 77W (60 seats) or 840 new Polaris seats. That's around 12% of the widebody business seats.
(This also doesn't factor the 767/772 reconfiguration that will start this year)
