I didn't have my AU with me in the branch. I gave her name in the branch when I applied for the card, but then I had to follow up by e-mailing my relationship manager a scan of her license and her mother's maiden name.
You can probably do it after you get the card but you will most likely still go through your contact at the bank. I've never had experience calling them.
