I'll second that suggestion about Three. The SIM should cost you no more than £1 any more than that and you're paying too much. They can be free with your top up. To use Feel at Home you need to make sure that you are on the 3-2-1 PAYG plan and have bought an add on which has minutes and data included, ideally before leaving the UK.
