Paid upgrade at ticketing-24 hour refundable?
I purchased a ticket last night and was offered an upgrade at the end of the process which I purchased. Just to see what would happen, I then chose to cancel the ticket to see what would be refunded. The only refund offered was the cost of the coach ticket, not the paid upgrade part. Is the upgrade, when purchased at the same time as the ticket itself, refundable within 24 hours? If so then I guess it has to be done by phone.
