Thumbs down Platinum Service Line: 30min wait time already and going
I had to call a platinum service line to "pay" an award booking with 0EUR surcharge which is impossible to pay using the web-site, because it declines a 0EUR transaction.

Have been listening to music for already 30min and it's still going on. Is that normal?
