United c2012-2015 was offering 40%+ discounts to try to avoid losing major accounts. And some of these deals were not just off F/C/Y, but off of lower fare buckets.

I don't know if UA was able to raise it's rates (decrease its discount) for this year's contracts, but the discounts have been HUGE in the last few years.
