This still looks like a beautiful property but I will wait until after March 1, when resort fees are waived for top tier.
Waived "resort" fees would be very nice - just priced out a stay at Andaz and at Ziva: Ziva turns out to be ~$50/nt cheaper in total even though Andaz has a $60/nt lower rate.
