Next I had her try AMEX PLATINUM 2-3DAY (14399) with my Biz Plat and same error. Sigh. Guess I will resort to the PAY ANY CC option at 4.99 or whatever. An added $1.25 per $500 VGC isn't all that much, but would prefer cheaper option if I could make it work. I'll still be paying just a bit more than 1cpp per Starpoint which is well worth it in my book.
