I'm heading to a Residence property for a wedding weekend, but I don't stay at Marriott properties often enough to keep my points from expiring. Thus I was going to set my earnings to be air miles instead.

The question - I'd prefer to enter my wife's United FF account to earn the miles to reset its 18-month clock. Does this work or will it have to match my name?
