Definitely agree. Stayed there in Nov. and was very pleased. Club lounge staff and their freshly mixed caipirinha's are just great. Same goes for the very friendly and helpful concierge staff (outside the club lounge). Pool area is in excellent condition and we loved the small beach in front of the hotel.
Of course subjective, but we had no safety concerns outside the hotel (e.g. walking to Leblon) whatsoever.
Would be happy to return to this property very soon.
