For a warm pool which OWV are ideal (reference to the map above would be great, I have just booked regular not sunset at this point)?

What are you giving up for a warm pool?

Cheers!
See my handwritten numbers (add 500 to them for the actual room #).

Regular overwater are on the 501-516 side and 522-528 (minus the st regis suites as marked w/ colour). Sunset overwater are the ones on 530-544. So if you booked regular overwater you get the choiced of significant privacy (522-528) and chilly pool vs warmer pool and the comparative less privacy of 501-516. Not that it's bad - the walls block out neighbors pretty well but draw a line straight out and you'll see people can probably see if you're running around naked from the shore from 509 up to 516.

Sunset overwater are a nice combination of v good privacy (except maybe the first two, 543-544 which seem to lose privacy by virtue of the Whale Bar. But you're not entitled to sunset unless you book it, so you can't really demand that.

The #519 St Regis Suite is probably the single best room overwater after the JJ Astor suite for position/privacy/sun.
