The reason we asked was because on our earlier delayed flight we were given coupons.

And he was ruder than usual. All we wanted was information on what it is we can do to make our wait time more comfortable; all he did was rolling his eyes and getting exasperated. I calmly said that I'm just a passenger looking for information and maybe he can direct me to someone who can help, to which he got annoyed and said "no one can help you". So anyway, he was out of line. But I handled it poorly by claiming I took a pic. If he was right, he shouldn't have had a problem in telling me his name. Also, I never told him it's so I can complain. Just said "what's your name". To which he said "I don't have to tell you the French law protects my identity". So he obviously knew why I was asking. It wasn't so I could him send him birthday cards!
