I've been to the main JL Lounge but never the lounge in the satelite terminal. I have a connection in NRT and I'm wondering if it's worth the trek to the satelite terminal for the JL lounge (or QF lounge) there.

The lounges are basically the same, except that the satellite F one does not have a sushi bar nor shoe shine service. The benefit of the satellite lounges is that they are far less busy.
