When I looked at CVS gc rack, none of them said Onevanilla. And I was not able to tell if any of them are issued by Metabank or Suntrust which I know can not be turned to MO.
So how do you identify?
In my area, I have not found any VGCs in CVS that are not Incomm or ITC associated which means that you will not be able to use them at WM (practically speaking).
General question: Does CVS even stock Metabank VGCs (or MCGCs)?
