Whether it's SPG prepaid, members rate, flex, Z3H, Z3R, or whatever. Generally speaking, they are all all irrelevant when making BRG claims. Just look at the lowest rate found on SPG (including promo codes) and compare that to OTA rate with same amenities, room type, etc.
Obviously this is just BRG101. But it's a little more complicated than this if we're talking about Design, less than 2.5% parity difference, sold out rooms, sold out category, etc.
