No. It doesn't matter which expense(s) happen to trigger the reimbursement, it serves to reduce the card annual fee. I have received $600 in reimbursement and have not yet been billed the annual fee. I do not remember, or care, which expenses trigger the reimbursement because I allocate the value against the forthcoming $450 expense.
