So the postcards are included only in determining the number of drawing entries received, and it is implied they are not included in the tier credit bonuses. They could have made this a lot clearer.
I won't disagree, that it's confusing. I also am the first to admit that I barely paid attention to this promo. When the post was made, it just seemed (to me) like it was inaccurate so I reached out to the one person (I know) who tracks such things very closely, Darryl D. McEwen the Publisher at
