With the sadness of Delta leaving the pool of carriers I could dump points into Alaska with, I thought I'd set up a little milage run (6 segments for $459CAD) that would not only tour some of the west coast airports Delta operates out of that soured the relationship with Alaska, but, also take advantage of Alaska's minimum 500 mile policy (this trip is 3000 partner status miles, making it a 6.5CPM mileage run, even despite Delta's 50% economy percentage and it only being 2692 miles if it was 100% earning).
Anyone want to post their farewell runs for Delta (with travel before April 30, of course)? I'm sure better than 6.5CPM came come out of that 500 mile policy
