The few times I remember when I was sitting a bit behind in the business class cabin on various routes, I saw that the ISM greeted me and 1 to 2 other passengers in the business class cabins.
If you think that's shocking, you should see the Qantas Platinums on some of their A380 long-haul peak departures to LAX. Let's ignore other oneworld emeralds and anything below Qantas Gold; there's sometimes 30+ Platinums, a dozen or so Platinum Ones, and then usually a few VIPs/Chairman's.
The FA's all have it neatly tabulated on their tablet.
