Since you aren't going to drink them otherwise, I guess you have nothing to lose. If it was me, I'd start with the peach. That fruit will be complimented by the spices you add: cinnamon, clove, allspice perhaps. I'd try a pear or apple wine as well. I'm not too sure about the berries.

Maybe you'll end up discovering something.
