How does sw refundable work? Buy refundable tix and then cancel? But wint it negate the purchase when you start refund?
In my case I prepaid a car and then 1 week later the price was lower so I cancelled the prepaid one. No claw back but I also had a $400 in hotel bill 5 weeks later on a different statement..
