Has Hawaiian stopped having Pualani priority check-in/TSA line?
Used to live in Kauai then was going back 3-4 times a year. Last time back was in April but just was there last week and was surprised that JFK and LIH no longer seemed to have priority TSA line for Pualani/Premier Club. There is only PreCheck line at JetBlue terminal/LIH and where First Class/Pualani counter used to be at LIH, there are just kiosks. They don't tag your bag with the red priority handling tag anymore and, well, there didn't seem to be any special lovin'.
What happened? Are we all now just supposed to self check in and self tag bags like the common folk and don't get to smugly bypass the hordes in the TSA line without paying for our Global Entry/PreCheck?
