Maybe I just never noticed this before, but my latest Citi card statement just closed, and I saw that Citi sent the entire bonus to my AA account (40k + 10k offer, 10k match) despite the fact that I'm still $20 short of the $5k spend. There are some charges after the statement closing date (12/2), so I guess that would explain it. I just found it a little odd, not that I'm complaining.
Now I have to decide whether or not to go for card #8 soon.
