To my knowledge you cannot "apply" for this card as a freestanding product, you would need to open a Premier banking account.
I've already got the underlying checking account, but declined to apply for the CC at the time. I'm wondering what timelines would be on (1) application (2) card shipment and (3) bonus posting.
