What are you looking for? Wallet Candy? Miles? Concierge? Service?
Wallet Candy: Hard to think of any in the same class.
Miles: BEA Flyer World for quantity, Citi Prestige for breadth of programs to convert
Concierge: Citi Prestige Aspire concierge is roughly equal to Platinum Lifestyle, but both were inferior to the previous Prestige Tengroup concierge.
Service (I'm assuming you mean towards expat): I still think Amex has an advantage here - Citi is decidedly inferior. If you speak Canto though, the local banks do a better job on service.
