DL is a bit behind the times on international PE. But realistically pre-merger DL was pretty small internationally. Then when NW was brought in they also didn't have international PE so at the time it was far easier to not have PE. But now 7-8 years after the fact when they've returned to sustained profitability they can make that investment. The roll out I'm sure will be slow and not always perfect, but so was the roll out of lie-flat seats. I'm sure virtually everyone here would agree the end result was worth the temporary bumps.
